The 注册处 at Southeast Technical College maintains permanent academic records, processes enrollment verification requests, completes degree audits and issues diplomas, evaluates transfer credit and processes various academic forms for students.

Southeast Tech’s academic calendar consists of a 16-week fall semester, a 16-week spring semester and a 10-week summer semester. The academic calendar is subject to change due to forces beyond the institution’s control or as deemed necessary by the institution in order to fulfill its academic objectives.

Currently, Southeast Tech can only provide 成绩单 electronically and will be 以PDF格式传送. You will not experience any delays in the delivery of electronic 成绩单. An email address for the transcript recipient will be required during 请求流程. To be considered official, the transcript must be received directly 来自东南理工.

When employers, higher education institutions or other organizations or agencies ask for a transcript of a student's higher education coursework, they are usually referring to 成绩单 which are transmitted to them by the sending institution and which bear some secure means of identifying them as unaltered, accurate records.

These are often referred to as "official 成绩单." Southeast Tech official 成绩单 are printed on security paper and bear the official seal and the signature of the 注册商.

How to Obtain 官方成绩单

Official 成绩单 may be requested online at www.getmytranscript.com. 成绩单将被处理 within 5–7 days of receipt by the 注册处.

Start the transcript ordering process and enter the required information.
Once complete, your card will be charged, and Southeast Tech will receive your request.

Note: A transcript will not be released if the 注册处 has been notified of financial indebtedness to Southeast Tech.

非官方的成绩单

非官方的成绩单 may be requested by emailing registrar@chushu360.net. There is no fee for requesting an unofficial transcript. 成绩单将被处理 within 5–7 days of receipt by the 注册处.

Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) was implemented in 1974 as a federal law to protect the privacy of student education records. FERPA还为学生提供 the right to review their education records, seek to amend inaccurate information in their records, and provide consent for the disclosure of their records. 这条法律 applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. 教育部.
